Our client, a well-established retail group based in Umbilo, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to join their team.
• Drive performance management & employee relations
• Lead in-store training & development
• Ensure labour law compliance
• Manage and support HR teams
• 5+ years HR experience (3+ in management)
• Retail experience advantageous
• Strong leadership & people skills
