About the role
Reporting to the Director, Strategy & Operations , you will play a critical role in shaping organisational culture, strengthening workforce capability, and supporting a high-performing, inclusive and values-driven workforce.
As HR Manager, you will provide expert leadership across the full employee lifecycle, including employee relations, workforce planning, industrial and legislative compliance, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, organisational culture, and OHS/WHS.
You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders, providing clear, pragmatic HR guidance while continuously improving systems, frameworks and ways of working.
