Job Description
We are currently hiring for an HR Manager for our 3PL client in Milton. This is a fully on‑site role. If you have experience working as a HR manager in the logistics, 3PL, manufacturing or other industry, or are looking for the next step in your career, please apply.
Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 plus bonus.
Job start date: June – August 2026.

- Act as a key business partner to Site General Managers, aligning HR strategies with high‑volume operational goals and KPIs.
- Lead complex employee relations, investigations, and conflict resolution; maintain productive relationships within unionized or fast‑paced non‑union environments.
