We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, attendance, payroll coordination, performance management, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills and be able to build a positive work environment. Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures. Maintain employee records and HR documentation. Handle attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination. Address employee concerns and resolve workplace issues. Conduct performance evaluations and support employee development. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies. Organize employee engagement activities and training programs. Coordinate with department heads to fulfill hiring requirements. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential employee information
