The company is a joint venture between Wilhelmsen and Kongsberg Maritime, where Wilhelmsen is a global leader within ship operation and services and Kongsberg Maritime is a global leader within maritime technology.
We are looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Horten, Vestfold. The role will provide HR support to leaders and employees in Massterly, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling of shifts and the handling of all day-to-day HR matters for all operative staff, vessel managers and captains. The role will report to Chief Operating Officer.
