About the Role A leading headwear manufacturer and wholesale distributor with a global footprint is seeking an experienced HR Manager for its California operation in Brea. This role owns HR strategy, compliance, and employee relations, partnering with leadership to build a positive workplace culture while ensuring full compliance with California and federal labor law.
