We are an SGX Mainboard-listed electronics manufacturer seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function at our manufacturing plant in Pasir Gudang, Johor.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the full spectrum of Human Resources, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, learning & development, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Partner with Plant Management and business leaders on workforce planning, organisational development, succession planning, and manpower strategies.
• Lead HR operations for a large manufacturing workforce, ensuring compliance with Malaysian labour laws and company policies.
• Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution.
