From our specialized Human Resources Division, we are currently seeking, on behalf of a leading group with multiple sites in Madrid, an HR Manager.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field, with a strong foundation in people management and labour law.
A minimum of 10 years of experience in generalist or senior HR roles, ideally within growing organizations requiring the structuring, formalization, and professionalization of HR processes.
Previous experience in sectors such as institutions, business schools, student residences, healthcare clinics, or other people‑intensive service environments will be highly valued.
