Job Title: HR Manager – Academic & Non-Academic Operations Experience: 7–8 Years Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee and manage HR functions across both Academic and Non-Academic verticals within the institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. The candidate should possess strong leadership skills and prior experience working in an educational institution environment.
