Job Description
Our Client, a Truck and Engine Manufacturing company, is looking for a HR Lead Recruiter for their San Antonio, TX location. Responsibilities:
+ Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for high-volume hourly manufacturing positions, including General Assembly Production Associates, Material Handlers, Skilled Trades, and other plant operations roles. Manage sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer extension, and onboarding coordination.
+ Own recruiting metrics and workforce reporting, including:
+ Hiring plan progress
+ Open requisition status
+ Candidate pipeline activity
+ Interview activity and conversion rates
+ Offer acceptance rates
+ Time-to-fill and time-to-start metrics
+ New hire onboarding completion
+ Attrition trends impacting staffing needs
+ Develop and maintain recruiting dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and other workforce analytics tool...
