Job Description
IT & Systems Coordination
- Coordinate remote IT setup for new hires, including laptop provisioning and system access
- Serve as first point of contact for staff IT-related inquiries, escalating and following up on issues as needed
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities between IT and hiring managers to ensure timely, seamless transitions
- Manage job postings on MyCareersFuture (MCF)
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview scheduling
- Verify attendance and timesheets for Assemblers and R&D team members as part of the monthly payroll process
