The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in day-to-day HR operations, employee lifecycle activities, and administrative functions. This role provides hands-on exposure to core HR processes while supporting both IT and BPO employees in a dynamic work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with employee onboarding, induction, and documentation.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.
- Support attendance, leave, and shift coordination.
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports, letters, and other documentation.
