The Recruitment Intern will assist the recruitment team with insourcing, screening, and onboarding potential candidates. This role provides hands‑on experience in a 360‑degree recruitment cycle, helping to attract top talent and support the company’s hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing potential candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain and update the candidate database in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assist in head‑hunting and building a strong talent pipeline.
• Support in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms.
