Job Description
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Foundational knowledge of Human Resources principles and interest in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, including attention to detail, document management, and time management.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn HR systems.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Imus, collaborate with diverse teams, and adapt in a fast-paced technology environment.
- Previous internship or organizational experience (e.g., student organizations) is an advantage but not required.
