Key Responsibilities AI-Powered Workflow Building: Use Claude to build simple internal tools — trackers, calculators, dashboards, and report generators.
Design reusable prompt templates for recurring HR tasks (e.g., generating reports, drafting communications, summarizing data).
Connect Claude to existing systems to automate data pulls, formatting, and summarization where possible.
