Architect Area(s) of responsibility Job Title: HCM – HR Helpdesk Consultant Role Summary We are looking for an experienced HCM – HR Helpdesk Consultant to support, configure, and maintain HR Helpdesk solutions within the HCM ecosystem. The candidate will work closely with HR stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to resolve issues, implement enhancements, and ensure smooth HR service delivery. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain HR Helpdesk modules within the HCM application. Analyze business requirements and provide functional solutions. Support end users by troubleshooting and resolving HR Helpdesk-related issues. Manage incidents, service requests, and escalations within defined SLAs. Perform system testing, UAT support, and validation of enhancements. Collaborate with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams for process improvements.
