Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and organizational changes.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
- Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and time‑off requests.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date employee records and HRIS data.
- Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee data and changes.
