Join our team as a People & Culture Generalist based in Sherwood, Saskatchewan. You will play a key role in delivering HR strategies that align with project timelines and workforce demands.
This fixed-term position will last through to July 2027, focusing on project-specific HR strategies, employee relations, and performance management. You'll collaborate with operational teams to ensure effective workforce planning and support internal mobility while enhancing the employee experience through onboarding and engagement initiatives.
