Job Description
We’re seeking an HR Generalist to support a fast‑paced, complex operation, partnering closely with associates and leaders at our Denver facility.
Preferred Qualifications
- Must be willing to work a later shift (M-F 10AM-7PM)
- 3+ years HR Generalist experience within Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Distribution environments
- Strong background in employee relations, workplace investigations, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in MS Suite, Workday and UKG WFM
- Self‑motivated, collaborative HR professional with strong communication skills, high energy, and the confidence to work independently or within a team; skilled at influencing leadership, upholding policies, and engaging effectively in customer‑facing environments.
