Job Description

Description We are looking for an HR Generalist to support core human resources and payroll operations for a communications organization in Raleigh, North Carolina. This role combines day-to-day employee support with accurate payroll administration, benefits coordination, and compliance-focused recordkeeping. The ideal candidate brings strong experience across the employee lifecycle and can work effectively with both local leadership and broader HR teams.

Responsibilities:
• Administer full-cycle payroll with a high level of accuracy, ensuring employees are paid correctly and on schedule.
• Update payroll and HR records to reflect employee status changes such as new employee onboarding, departures, compensation revisions, benefit elections, and payroll deductions.
