JOB DESCRIPTION:
A mid-level professional responsible for managing day-to-day human resources operations. They serve as the primary point of contact for staff, overseeing the entire employee lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and labor compliance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or Business Administration
3+ years of progressive HR experience (HR Generalist)
Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, statutory benefits, and payroll processing
WORK LOCATION: ORTIGAS, PASIG
