Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Generalist to provide comprehensive human resources support in a heavy manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for supporting employee relations, HRIS data management, benefits administration, payroll processing, and maintaining accurate employee records. The HR Generalist will also assist in implementing HR policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations.
