Overview

IMS is seeking People and Culture (HR) Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of employee support, HR administration, and practical problem-solving, and is looking to grow their career in a hands‑on environment.

Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, the People and Culture Generalist will play a key role in delivering consistent, responsive, and compliant HR support across the business.

Employee Support & Relations

• Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries
• Provide guidance on company policies, practices, and basic employment standards
• Support routine employee relations matters, escalating more complex issues as needed
