What You’ll Do
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Lead full‑cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Partner with managers to understand hiring needs, create role profiles, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline through LinkedIn, job boards, career fairs, and employee referrals.
- Manage offboarding with professionalism, ensuring smooth transitions.
- Stay up‑to‑date on recruitment trends and the competitive talent landscape.
