Factory & Blue-Collar Workforce Management Labor & Worker Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for factory workmen (blue-collar employees) to resolve grievances, maintain discipline, and ensure a harmonious working environment. Attendance & Shift Management: Oversee daily attendance, overtime calculations, and shift scheduling for production workers in coordination with floor supervisors. Contract Labor Management: Manage third-party contractors and temporary staffing requirements during peak production cycles. 2. Statutory Compliance & Safety Legal Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to the Factories Act, Payment of Wages Act, Minimum Wages Act, PF, ESIC, and other local labor laws applicable in Gujarat. Health & Safety: Coordinate with the plant safety officer to ensure workplace safety protocols, PPE usage, and regular health check-ups for factory workers. 3.
