We’re looking for a meticulous Site HR Generalist will be responsible for end‑to‑end HR activities at the manufacturing site, ensuring smooth HR operations, legal compliance, and strong employee engagement. The role supports both strategic and operational HR requirements aligned with USFDA‑regulated environments. 

Main Responsibilities:

1. HR Operations

1. Manage day‑to‑day HR generalist activities at the site.
2. Ensure accurate and timely data management across HR systems.
3. Monitor and control absenteeism, maintain discipline, and drive productivity initiatives.
4. Oversee gratuity, leave management, and statutory HR records.

2. Employee Relations & Compliance

1. Ensure compliance with labour laws applicable to pharma manufacturing units.
