Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.- Handle payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement in coordination with the finance department.- Oversee statutory compliance with labor laws and company policies (PF, ESI, gratuity, etc.).- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files.- Assist in performance management processes, including appraisal coordination and feedback systems.- Conduct training and development programs based on organizational needs.- Address employee queries and grievances professionally and ensure quick resolution.- Support HR policies implementation and ensure adherence across departments.- Prepare HR reports and use tools like Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.Key Requirements- Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business A...
