Support team members at VinFast Canada as an HR Generalist during a temporary 3-month term. This role focuses on employee relations, recruitment, and HR operational support.
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist passionate about enhancing the employee experience. You'll provide daily HR support, manage various HR processes, and assist in talent management and employee engagement initiatives. This role is integral as we expand our workforce and enhance HR policies across our head office and showroom.
