Job Description
MSD Malaysia is seeking an HR Generalist Associate in Bogotá to drive day‑to‑day HR operations and support strategy and process improvement. The role partners with HRBPs and COE teams to deliver practical HR solutions and improve the employee experience.
You will own execution for HR programs, track KPIs, and lead short‑term projects while coordinating with COEs and external vendors. Fluency in English and local labor‑law knowledge are essential.
