Position: HR Generalist โ responsible for employee relations, labor compliance, and general human resources support.
Responsibilities
- Review and validate NTE (Notice to Exit) documents.
- Conduct initial investigations and administrative hearings, recommending decisions aligned with the company code of conduct.
- Manage DOLE cases and ensure data management accuracy.
- Act as an advisor to stakeholders on all peopleโrelated issues and concerns.
- Organize and facilitate FGDs (Focus Group Discussions) and policy roadshows.
- Address and resolve employee grievances.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience (BPO experience at a generalist or supervisory level preferred).
- Strong background in employee/labor relations.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently.
