Job Description
What requirements you'll need to be eligible
- Diploma or Bachelorโs Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in recruitment coordination and HR operations, preferably in a regional or multi-country setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.

Weโre looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Recruitment & HR Operations Coordinator to support our Talent Acquisition (TA) and HR operations across the APAC region. This role plays a key part in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and delivering high-quality HR shared services to employees and managers in Singapore, Malaysia, and Emerging Asia (India and Vietnam).
