Job Description
Join AZAD as an HR Generalist
to support a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will partner closely with site leadership and supervisors to deliver hands-on HR support, drive employee engagement, and ensure alignment between HR strategies and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior HR experience and thrive in a dynamic, on-site setting. May flexible work schedule 1-2 days per week to support multiple shifts.
This is a full-time consultant position based in Andover, MA with a high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. The hourly pay rate range for this position is up to $38.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
Schedule:
40 hours
