About the Role Xpertz Ankur Lighting is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable HR Executive/HR Generalist for our Ghaziabad unit. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in HR operations within the manufacturing industry, with strong expertise in statutory compliance, attendance management, payroll inputs, employee lifecycle management, and end-to-end recruitment. Key Responsibilities 1. Statutory Compliance (Mandatory Manufacturing Experience Required) - Strong working knowledge of PF (Provident Fund) and ESI (Employee State Insurance) procedures. - Handling monthly PF & ESI calculations, challans, returns, and employee queries. - Managing Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, Leave Policy, and other statutory benefits. - Excellent knowledge of Factories Act and Labor Laws. - Coordination with consultants/auditors for statutory inspections and documentation. 2.
