Job Description
Position: HR Executive
Location: Kallang (near to Kallang/Bendemeer MRT)
Working hours: Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm)
Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $4,000 + $100 Meal Allowance + Performance Bonus
Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents
Maintain accurate employee records and update HR databases
Coordinate monthly payroll
Administer employee leave, attendance, and benefits
Handle work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations where applicable
