Job Details
- Location: Central-east region
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
- Contract: 1 yr contract (with potential for conversion)
- Responsible for HR operations in relation to Recruitment and Selection, Career Fairs, Employee Relations, Manpower Planning and Projects
- Partner with hiring managers to understand and fulfill hiring requirements
- Partner with Institutions of Higher Learning and support career fairs
- Facilitate and manage onboarding and offboarding
- Manage vendor relationships including recruitment agencies
- Prepare and maintain HR reports/Dashboards
- Support HR operations, employee engagement and projects
- Other duties as assigned
