Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end Pan India recruitment for sales & operations roles (BM, ABM, RE, etc.) Manage bulk hiring for branch expansion Coordinate with recruitment agencies & job portals (Naukri, Indeed) Screen candidates & schedule interviews with business teams Manage offer rollout, negotiation & joining follow-ups Maintain recruitment MIS & hiring tracker Key Skills: Pan India hiring experience Vendor management Strong communication & coordination Ability to handle bulk hiring Preferred: Experience in NBFC / Banking / Gold Loan
