Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end monthly payroll for approximately employees.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
  • Support performance management processes including KPI setting, appraisals, and annual reviews.
  • Administer employee benefits such as medical insurance, leave management, and welfare programs.
  • Monitor attendance and overtime records, ensuring OT payments comply with Malaysian Employment Act requirements.
  • Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HR reports.
  • Support workforce data analysis and other HR operational functions.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–6 years of HR experience, with strong payroll and compensation exposure.
