Job Description
Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction. Maintain employee records, HRIS, and personnel files. Coordinate attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs. Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements. Handle employee confirmation, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities. Conduct employee engagement activities and welfare programs. Address employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations. Coordinate performance appraisal and training programs. Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and monthly MIS. Draft HR policies, SOPs, letters, and circulars. Support internal and external audits (ISO, customer, statutory). Coordinate with contractors for manpower compliance and documentation. Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies. Support administrative activities as required.
