The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, maintaining recruitment data, preparing HR dashboards, and providing actionable insights to improve hiring efficiency and workforce planning. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
