Position Title: HR Executive
Work Location: Prai, Penang
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end payroll, including attendance, claims, and staff movement.
- Handle recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain HR records, employee lifecycle administration, and ensure policy compliance.
- Develop and update HR policies, SOPs, and the Employee Handbook.
- Support ISO 9001 documentation and quality system implementation.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by Management.
