Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Recruiter to support daily HR functions with a strong focus on backend operations and exposure to the Philippines HR domain . This role works closely under the HR Manager to ensure smooth HR processes, compliance, and accurate workforce management.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily HR operations including employee records management and documentation
• Maintain and update HR databases, trackers, and attendance logs
• Assist in payroll processing by organizing attendance and leave records
• Handle onboarding documentation and employee record verification
• Ensure all documentation aligns with Philippines HR practices and standards
