Job Title : HR Executive Location : Salem omalur (near airport ) Employment Type Full-Time Salary : ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate and will be based on experience, skills, and cultural fit. Experience Required : 5 – 7 Years Working Hours : 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Key Responsibilities : Talent Acquisition & Onboarding : Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Coordinate induction and orientation programs for new employees. Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for all new hires. Employee Engagement & Culture Building: Plan and execute employee engagement activities and recognition programs. Promote company values and maintain a positive workplace culture.
