We are looking for an HR Executive for our client, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and initiatives to ensure the smooth operation of our HR department.

Responsibilities of HR Executive

• Assist in recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
• Support employee benefits administration, including enrollment, claims, and inquiries
• Assist in HR policy and procedure development and implementation
• Manage employee relations matters and address employee inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with HR team to organize training and development programs
• Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and performance evaluation
• Conduct exit interviews and process separation documentation
