About the Role
We are seeking an HR Executive Compensation & Benefits to manage and support end-to-end C&B processes payroll HR data management and employee benefits within a fast-paced manufacturing/FMCG environment. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and timely payroll effective administration of benefits compliance with UAE labor regulations and strong HR operational support throughout the employee life cycle.

Coordinate bank account insurance and other joining formalities for new employees.

Prepare employment contracts and schedule mandatory medicals and other legal requirements as per company policy.
