Job Description
Job Responsibilities • Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding. • Maintain employee records and HR documentation. • Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination. • Conduct employee engagement activities. • Manage performance review support and HR compliance. • Handle exit formalities and Full & Final Settlement. • Coordinate with management on HR policies and operations. Requirements • MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification preferred. • 1–3 years of HR experience. • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficient in MS Office. • Knowledge of labor laws and HR processes is an advantage.
