HR Digitisation Analyst Why we need this role Analyses business processes, identifies needs, and recommends solutions to help Colt improve its efficiency, functionality, and profitability. What you will do Business/ Process Analysts support the business analysis and process improvement workstreams on large, complex projects to ensure that business needs are delivered through clearly communicated, traceable requirements.
