**About the Role**As an HR Digital Support Coordinator at Essity, you will be the first point of contact for HR system-related queries and issues raised by employees, managers, and HR staff.
Your role is key to ensuring timely and accurate ticket resolution, sharing knowledge, and contributing to continuous improvement and automation.
Based in our Santa Fe office, you will collaborate closely with colleagues in Mexico and Europe, supporting our global HR community.
**What You Will Do*** Resolve HR System Queries: Manage and resolve tickets in our HRIS system promptly and accurately.
