Job Description
Wesco Aircraft Hardware Corp. is seeking an HR Services Specialist to maintain employee records, manage onboarding/terminations, and deliver essential HR reports from Workday.
This role requires accuracy, confidentiality and strong interpersonal skills. You will generate headcount, turnover and other monthly/annual reports, assist with benefits, wellness programs data, salary and performance cycle data, and respond to employee questions about HR practices.
