HR Coordinator – Recruitment & Compliance
Location: Swansea
Salary: £30,000–£35,000, with flexibility for the right candidate
Contract: Six-month fixed-term contract
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, site-based

We’re looking for a proactive HR Coordinator to join a successful, well-established manufacturing organisation in Swansea. Sitting at the heart of the site’s recruitment activity, you’ll play an essential role in helping the business attract, assess and onboard the people it needs to succeed.
This is a genuinely varied opportunity offering exposure to both high-volume factory recruitment and salaried vacancies. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, coordinate up to 40 interviews each week and take ownership of the recruitment administration and compliance processes that keep ...
