HR Business Partner / People Lead(Part-Time, Remote — Philippines)

Shift Accounting is a Canadian firm serving dental practices, with a team across Canada and the Philippines. We're hiring a part-time HR Business Partner to build the culture, feedback, and growth that make people want to stay.

What you'll do:

• Own retention, engagement, and culture for our Philippines team

• Run safe, two-way feedback and coach our Account Managers

• Build performance check-ins, career ladders, and onboarding

• Support hiring when we're recruiting

What you bring:

• 7+ years in HR (HR Manager / HRBP / People Lead)

• Experience with a Philippines team serving a North American company

• A track record of improving retention — with real numbers

• Cultural fluency, plus the candour to give honest feedback in every direction

Part-time (15–20 hrs/week) · Fully remote · Competitive, senior-level rate · Must overlap with North-American Mountin Time on working days.
